Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia Award 2022:
We are very excited to announce that OmniVest Management alongside NORR and Mandrel Construction Company has received a Grand Jury Award from the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia for our efforts and collaboration in preserving character-defining elements from the Frankford Arsenal dating back to 1865. We partnered with Franklin Towne Charter School to restore the historical building to provide space for their Arts and Tech programs while maintaining and preserving its historic features such as the exposed brick walls, iron Phoenix columns, low brick arches, fink roof trusses, decorative cast iron staircase and intact window casings.
We are very honored and proud to be part of a project that assisted in allowing the community to continue to enjoy the beauty, craftmanship and history of 1865 while providing a high-quality educational program to the youth of Philadelphia that will well prepare them for their academic and professional careers.

Renovating a former armory building built in 1865 to expand school's facility by 45,000
square feet for classroom space. Adding a 15,000 square foot gymnasium.
Site includes modern science and computer labs.
Completed in September 2017, this project consisted of a partial demolition, new
construction of a double wide gymnasium with seating for 1,100 people, a running track and weight, aerobic, and showing
facilities. In addition, a section of the building (3 stories containing approximately 38,000 square feet of space) was
renovated to a vanilla shell to be fit-out for a new middle school in 2019. The original building was built in 1865 and
was on the National Register of Historic Buildings. A significant amount of hazardous waste abatement was performed prior
to the commencement of demolition and construction.
